Acetaie Aperte is an event where Balsamic vinegar producers open their doors to the public to explore and taste the "black gold" of Modena.

Sunday, September 30th you are welcome to join us for free guided tours and tasting,

a traditional lunch paired with our balsamic vinegar at the Osteria di Rubbiara

and an apertitivo in the garden!

Here's the detailed program:

Free guided tours and tasting at 10:00am - 11:00am - 3:00pm - 4:00pm

Lunch at the Osteria at 12:00 - tasting menu with traditional food and our Balsamico.(€ 40,00 per person)

Aperitivo at 5:00 pm - gnocco fritto, local cured meats and Spritz Agricolo (from € 5,00 per person)
