DAIRY ICE CREAM WITH ACETO BALSAMICO
- 8 egg yolks
- 300g sugar
- 1 litre of whole milk
- 1/2 litre of fresh cream
- Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale Extra Vecchio “Claudio”
Whip the egg yolks with the sugar until white, add the cold milk and blend well, put on a hot plate, mixing constantly. Immediately before it boils, remove the mixture from the heat, add the cream and leave to cool. Put into an ice-cream machine and make the ice cream. Serve in single bowls topped with Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale Extra Vecchio “Claudio”.
