SPRING SALAD
- cress 150 g
- salad 150 g.
- a heart of white celery
- chips of Parmesan cheese 50 g
- a hard-boiled egg
- 1/2 spoonful of Aceto Balsamico di Modena “Vecchio”
- olive oil and salt q.s.
Clean and wash the vegetables. Dry them, cut them into small pieces and then arrange them in a bowl. Use the following ingredients to make a dressing sauce in a separate bowl : a pinch of salt, some mustard and Balsamic Vinegar from Modena. Stir carefully while adding the olive oil until you get a soft cream sauce. Dress the salad with this sauce and stir very gently. Allow some minutes to rest and serve.
