Complaints and returns

To avoid disputes, the recipient of a parcel is required to verify the parcel integrity and that the content complies with the purchase made before affixing the signature as valid receipt and otherwise reject the parcel.
Client must verify that THE PACK IS INTACT AT ARRIVAL . IF IT IS NOT, please take a picture of the parcel AND SEND THE PHOTOS at info@acetaiapedroni.it .
